Online training purchases through TSINational.com, study.tsinational.com/lms, and approved white-label training portals are administered by Insurance Training Professionals LLC dba www.TSINational.com.
Payment Processing
Payment is collected through the checkout method shown at purchase, which may include WooCommerce, PayPal, or another payment processor approved by Insurance Training Professionals LLC. Card details are handled by the payment processor and are not stored in the learner training portal.
Course Access
Course access is issued to the learner account associated with the purchase after payment is accepted or after an approved enrollment record is created. Each enrollment is for one named learner and may not be shared, transferred, resold, copied, or redistributed.
Support
If access does not appear after payment, submit a support ticket with the learner email, course name, purchase time, and transaction details. Do not create duplicate payments for the same course while a support ticket is pending.
