TSI NATIONAL – TERMS OF USE
(PURCHASE AGREEMENT & COURSE ACCESS LICENSE)

Welcome to TSI National. Access to and use of the TSI National website, online courses, materials, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) are governed by these terms and conditions (“Terms”).
By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the TSI National Refund Policy, and the Security & Data-Protection Policy. Acceptance at checkout or payment submission constitutes your electronic signature under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. §7001 et seq.) and Texas Business & Commerce Code §322.
1. License and Access Restrictions
Each enrollment provides one individual, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access TSI National course content for personal educational use only. Standard course access is provided for 70 days beginning on the purchase or enrollment date unless a specific product, paid extension, or written agreement expressly provides a different period. Expiration of the access period does not create refund eligibility.
Account sharing, resale, screen recording, redistribution, or use of materials to train any artificial intelligence or data system is prohibited. TSI may monitor logins, IP addresses, and devices to enforce single-user access. A violation may result in termination without refund and may trigger civil action under 17 U.S.C. §501.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate identity information, protect your login credentials, maintain a compatible device and internet connection, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. Impersonation, false information, or misuse of credentials may be treated as fraud and reported to regulators or law enforcement.
3. Academic Integrity
Cheating, content copying, scraping, redistribution, or falsification of course progress or exam completion is prohibited. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund and potential legal or administrative referral.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are governed exclusively by the TSI National Refund Policy, which is the sole method for resolving refund or withdrawal requests. Course access, virtual or in-person attendance, practice-test activity, final-exam completion, and certificate issuance may establish use or completion under that policy. Attempting to bypass the policy through a chargeback or alternate channel may constitute a breach of these Terms.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
- Chargebacks after course access or login are prohibited except where required by applicable law.
- An “unauthorized transaction” claim must include a valid police report where legally permitted.
- By enrolling, you authorize TSI to use order records, system logs, IP data, course activity, assessment records, certificate records, and timestamps as proof of delivery.
- You agree to reimburse TSI for processor penalties, collection costs, and reasonable attorney’s fees associated with an invalid dispute or chargeback where permitted by law.
6. Proof of Delivery
By using the Services, you consent to the use of TSI electronic records—including order IDs, login timestamps, attendance, course access, quizzes, final exams, and certificates—as evidence of delivery, access, use, and completion for billing or legal disputes.
7. Technology and Availability
Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” TSI does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not responsible for outages, maintenance, third-party service failures, or a user’s technology setup or connectivity, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
8. No Guarantee of Results
TSI National provides educational access only. We make no guarantee or representation regarding state exam passage, licensure approval, or employment outcomes. Changes in state or federal requirements do not create refund eligibility or damages except where applicable law requires otherwise.
9. Intellectual Property
All course content, layouts, videos, assessments, and written materials are the property of TSI National LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws. Copying, republishing, or using content outside the individual student’s personal study is prohibited.
10. Support Conduct
Support inquiries must be submitted through the official online support ticketing system or to support@tsinational.com. Abusive or threatening behavior toward staff may result in termination without refund and may be referred to law enforcement.
11. Termination of Access
TSI may suspend or revoke access for policy violations, fraud, chargeback activity, or misuse of systems. Termination for cause voids refund eligibility except where applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Arbitration and Venue
Except where prohibited by law, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas, under the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §§1–16) and the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive jury-trial and class-action participation rights to the extent permitted by law. Judgment on an arbitration award may be entered in a court of competent jurisdiction.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TSI National, its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from your actions, breach of these Terms, or misuse of the Services, to the extent permitted by law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TSI’s total liability shall not exceed the course fee paid by you. TSI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data, profits, or access interruptions.
15. Modifications and Severability
TSI may modify these Terms by posting updates at https://tsinational.com/terms-and-conditions/. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a provision is held invalid, the remainder remains enforceable. No oral modification is valid.
16. SMS/Text Message Communications
By providing your mobile number during checkout, registration, account creation, or support, you consent to receive service-related text messages from TSI National. Messages may include account notices, course-access information, reminders, support updates, and order notices. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You may opt out by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact support@tsinational.com. You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the number and will notify TSI if it changes or is reassigned.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Refund Policy, and the Security & Data-Protection Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and TSI National regarding the Services. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance of revised terms.

When a student provides a mobile number during an authenticated checkout, TSI National may send up to two informational text messages about that student’s Practice Test progress. These messages are course and study updates, not advertising.
The first message is scheduled for about 6:00 p.m. Central Time on the next calendar day after the first eligible Practice Test. The second is scheduled for about 6:00 p.m. Central Time two calendar days later. Each text may include the student’s completed Practice Test count, highest Practice Test score, and a study recommendation. TSI National recommends at least 10 completed Practice Tests and a highest score of at least 80% before a state exam. This is study guidance and does not predict or guarantee a passing state-exam result.
Message and data rates may apply. The sending number is not monitored, and ordinary replies are not read or answered. Reply STOP to stop TSI National texts.
