This should be completed as soon as possible. The West Virginia Offices of the Insurance Commissioner (WVOIC) requires the fingerprinting reports be submitted within fifteen (15) days after applying. Please visit the WVOIC website at www.wvinsurance.gov and navigate to the "Agent Licensing" section to find the fingerprinting instructions.
