All fingerprints submitted to the Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions (DIFI) for bail recovery agents and resident insurance professional licenses must be submitted electronically through the Arizona Department of Public Safety’s (DPS) Public Services Portal (PSP) and the DPS electronic fingerprint vendor, Fieldprint.
NIPR Application Entry
The applicant is required to enter their DPS registration number on the NIPR application. This number can be found at the bottom of your DPS receipt and starts with the letter A and then is followed by numeric characters.
