Document Submission
Upload a legible color copy (front and back) of your Oklahoma Driver's License or Identification as an Additional Licensing Document. Oklahoma will accept a PDF of a temporary Oklahoma driver's license document, but the permanent card must be provided later. There are no exceptions or substitutions to be made to this requirement.
Documents submitted should provide a valid residential address that matches what was provided on the application submitted. Documents listing physical addresses as P.O. Boxes are not sufficient proof of residency and will be rejected.
If your application is withdrawn, no refund is given.
Application Holding Period
The application will be held for 7 days without additional notice to allow you time to provide your documents to the warehouse.
