Electronic Submission Process
Risk Management Consultants are required to submit written authorization via the Additional Licensing Documents (ALD) section of the Attachments Warehouse located at https://nipr.com/licensing-center/attachments.
Truthfully and completely answer questions asked on the application, and it may be necessary to provide additional documentation.
Licensing Considerations
Arizona can deny a license for any cause listed in Arizona Revised Statutes ("ARS") § 20–295. Review this statute before deciding to spend the time, effort and money to apply for a license.
